Help Desk and Software Support
UTOPY support includes both help desk support and software support. Help desk support-available during normal business hours-consists of a team of specialists who can assist customers in the use of their UTOPY solution, providing assistance, instruction, and tips for application users.
Software support includes diagnosis and resolution of any problems with software applications, including bug fixes or software repairs. Software support is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week if needed.
